We had an absolutely amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location, situated in a stunning castle built in the 17th century, provided us with a truly unique and enchanting experience. The hotel's rich history and beautiful grounds overlooking the Elbe River made for a picturesque backdrop. The staff were exceptional, especially Sandra and Iven. Sandra went above and beyond to assist our group with various needs, while Iven at the restaurant was a delight with his helpful recommendations and sense of humor. The service overall was top-notch, with special touches like a welcome drink and the option for room service. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of either the river or the garden. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options.
This hotel is simply fantastic. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We spent Easter in an old castle turned hotel. the comfortable rooms had great views of the river. the spa area offered a variety of saunas and a swimming pool. the location was perfect; the town was easily reachable on foot, which made exploring the charming streets and restaurants enjoyable.
The food was a bit plain and not up to the standards that we had hoped for. the menu lacked options that catered to younger tastes.

The rooms had a vintage feel which added to the charm of the hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the town's attractions and a view of the river from some rooms. The spa was a great addition, with a range of amenities to choose from.
The staff was not very welcoming, and it felt like they were doing us a favor by checking us in. The breakfast was disappointing, with limited healthy options and poor-quality food. The internet connection was extremely poor, making it challenging to stay connected. The overall experience was below average, and we would not recommend staying here.

The grounds were clean, and the staff, especially Sandra and Iven, were helpful and accommodating. It was a nice experience being part of our WWII tour and staying at such a significant landmark.
Absolutely nothing.

We decided to stay in a hotel located in a beautifully restored castle, built by a Prussian king in the seventeenth century. the hotel has various options for rooms, either with a view of the adjacent river, in the garden house, or in the Queen Louise building on the street near the castle. We enjoyed the impeccable cleanliness of the room and bathroom, excellent service, and the outstanding breakfast. the facilities were also great, featuring a spacious indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, cold-water bath.
The quality of the sheets and duvet covers were poor and need replacing.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay. This hotel is utterly amazing, with fantastic facilities. The location couldn't be better- right next to the fine castle, and with views of the Elbe and countryside. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Breakfast was divine- so much choice and all delicious. Parking was easy and transportation links were great.
Nothings.
